Anthony Brown had a minor stroke Friday night but is “expected to make a full recovery,” his office said Tuesday.

Brown suffered the stroke at his home in Bowie, where he began feeling extremely dizzy and ill, spokesman Matt Verghese said in a statement. He is now recovering at home, though his return date to Capitol Hill remains uncertain and “he will have a limited public schedule,” Verghese said. He is also a colonel in the Army Reserve.
